DELIVERY PROCESS

    What is the process for my Delivery?

    Since your vehicle is outside of our free delivery zone and will be delivered through our Delivery Service, it will take approximately 3-5 business days for your vehicle to make its highly anticipated debut in your driveway. Some things that will affect the delivery window are transport delays such as breakdowns, inclement weather, and remote delivery locations.

    Vehicle inspection

    We’ll review confirmation of funds, confirmation of registration, info on your delivery, and more. In addition to our 150-point inspection, your vehicle will go through a second inspection to make sure it's in tip-top shape for you!

    Delivery Service requested

    This means we’ll send a request to our Delivery Service to have your vehicle picked up and delivered to your destination. This request will take approximately 48 hours, but we’ll notify you via email once requested.

    Delivery Service assigned

    We’ll send you an email with your delivery window once our Delivery Service is assigned. You will receive the ETA and Tracking Number.

    Your vehicle is on its way

    Our Delivery Service will call you 2 hours before your delivery to arrange any last-minute details. Be sure to keep a close eye on incoming calls. Please note, all time frames are estimations. Factors such as location, inclement weather, or third-party setbacks, may result in delays. Keep in mind that your vehicle is traveling on an enclosed hauler. We washed the car and made full of tank of gas! 5-Day Money Back Guarantee & Vehicle Registration: Your 5-Day Money Back Guarantee begins the day you get your car and covers up to 400 miles with the option to return or exchange. Cars that are driven over 400 miles that are returned or exchanged will be charged $1.00 for each extra mile.

    What happens at delivery?

    To start, the delivery truck will arrive at your location, and you’ll meet our Delivery Specialist while your car is unloaded. You’ll then be taken on a full tour of your new car, and shown all of the key features, inside and out. If you have any questions about your new car, the Delivery Specialist will be happy to answer them for you. Lastly, the Delivery Specialist will step you through the paperwork, and what you’ll need to sign.

    Driver's license confirmation

    Our Advocate will ask you to send a selfie with your driver’s license.

    Vehicle sanitation

    We’ll unload the vehicle and use sanitizing wipes on the keys, shifter, and steering wheel. We’ll then leave the paperwork with a pen and keys inside the car.

    Customer call

    Once the car is ready, we will get into the hauler and give you a call to let you know that you can take a look.

    Document review

    After you’re finished with your test spin, we’ll call to walk you through signing your registration documents.

    Envelope collection

    Once your paperwork is signed, we’ll ask you to place the registration envelope, along with any titles or checks, if applicable, in a secure spot for us to collect.

    Purchase completion

    If everything is good to go, we’ll complete the purchase in our system and give you a call to say thanks!

    Paperwork review

    Finally, we’ll review the paperwork for accuracy from inside the hauler before returning to our hub.
