Vehicle Sale Agreement
The buyer can commence a transaction via Escrow by reaching out to our shipping department through our contact form or email, and by furnishing us with the requisite documentation to initiate the buying or selling process for the respective vehicle.

- Copy of your ID Card / Driver’s License / Passport ( front and back)
- All documents must be high definition
Your identification is exclusively employed for verification purposes, adhering to U.S. measures designed to prevent, detect, and prosecute international money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
Prestige Luxury Motors begin the verification procedures by our authorized legal and inspection departments to determine the condition of the vehicle.
Mechanical inspection:
The vehicle is being inspected to ensure it complies with United States safety standards. Here is a list of some of the standard safety aspects of a vehicle:
- Mileage

- Chassis and suspension
- Drive Line
- Electrical
- Steering
- Tyres and rims
- Vehicle identification
- Vehicle modifications
- Accident history
Legal inspection:
The legal inspectors will check the vehicle registration document to see if it has no outstanding finance, lien or debt and it is ready to be registered in the country of destination.
The vehicle will be delivered to the buyer only if it passes the mechanical and legal verification phase, otherwise the vehicle will remain in our storage.
Upon receipt of the sales contract, the buyer will be provided with detailed instructions regarding the payment process, including the total price of the vehicle. Subsequently, the buyer is required to submit a proof of payment (transfer receipt). It is important to note that the funds will be securely held in our escrow account throughout the entire transaction period and will not be released without the buyer’s explicit consent.
To ensure a smooth transaction, the payment must be made within 12 hours of receiving the sales contract. This payment should be submitted to Prestige Luxury Motors using a bank-to-bank priority wire transfer.
The funds will be securely held in our turst account specifically designated for Escrow until the transaction reaches completion or is canceled.
Under no circumstances will any funds be transferred to the Seller until the Buyer has officially accepted the vehicle.
Once all the preceding steps have been successfully finalized, Prestige Luxury Motors will initiate the delivery of the vehicle to the buyer’s designated address.

Prestige Luxury Motors will initiate the vehicle delivery process exclusively upon receipt of payment from the buyer, which must be made to our escrow account. The delivery will commence once our bank verifies and confirms the successful transfer of funds.
Once the transport department of Prestige Luxury Motors delivers the vehicle to the buyer’s designated home address, a 5-day period for personal inspection commences.
During this inspection period, the buyer has the option to verify the vehicle’s condition at any authorized service center near their location. Additionally, it is recommended that the buyer consults with a legal lawyer to verify the vehicle’s documents for a smooth transfer of ownership.
To further facilitate the ownership transfer process, Prestige Luxury Motors will offer assistance at no additional cost. Our dedicated team will guide and support the buyer throughout the necessary steps involved in transferring the ownership of the vehicle.
